Fits my 2002 D350 7.3

My ICP was leaking and my old connector was filled with oil. I cut it off and replaced it with this one. It was a good game. The fact is that the wires are all the same color, so you need to be careful when connecting them. See my picture for installation. I didn't use creams. I soldered and used heat shrink tubing with glue inside

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Quality

Revainrating 5 out of 5

A great replacement for a 6.0 icp that didn't fit due to age or oil.

I was surprised at the quality and gauge of the wires on this replacement plug. I used it for IPR on PowerStroke 03 6.0. It worked out great and the truck is still rolling down the street somewhere. Folks, don't forget to solder this connection instead of those cheap crimps.

Pros
  • Weight
Cons
  • Something else

Fits perfectly, but choose the matching cable colors yourself.

Worked great (ended up with an ICP sensor, not a pigtail, but that doesn't matter). I would however like it if they included a piece of paper in the box stating what colors on the original harness and when to which wire on the new connector.

Pros
  • Hands-free
Cons
  • Nothing

Exact fit for 2003 6.0 Powerstroke

Definitely lots of pigtailing with this fork. However, you should definitely buy a Ford ICP sensor and not waste your time on anything else. It cost $150 from the dealer and was in stock. Remember to make sure the old ICP o-ring came out with the sensor. If there is oil in the spark plug, replace the stem. As for bulletproof with protection, I would like to give some advice to owners of 03-04. Either buy it or find someone with a "spark plug boot boot". You only need one. Then get a piece of…
