Pros
- - The body is perfectly assembled, nothing backlash and does not flex. However, I note that for its small dimensions, it looks lighter than it is. Everyone who took it in their hands noted its unexpected heaviness. Since I have a soft leather bag, I bought a UAG case to transport it. - The touchpad here is great: a large area, pleasant to the touch, the finger glides well. But the main thing in it is an instant response, the cursor moves with the movement of the finger, and not behind it, as in other laptops. I remember that the same Zenbook from Asus annoyed me with a touchpad because of the wild delay in moving the cursor. This is one of the reasons why I got rid of it at the first opportunity. I can’t evaluate the gestures yet, I haven’t memorized them yet. - Screen. I am cold about the contrast of screens, preferring the speed of the matrix. I can only note that the screen is bright enough. It's a pity the matrix is not 144Hz at least. At home I sit at a 240Hz monitor, and at work the office monitor has 144Hz. - The touch-id sensor is convenient, there were no problems with scanning the fingerprint as on the first SE phone, but I would still prefer face-side. - The sound was pleasantly surprised, I did not expect such quality from a laptop, it sounds better than a phone. Although I prefer to listen to music either through the soundbar or through full-size headphones. - Noise from the cooling system. In my use case, the coolers do not turn on even when 10 tabs are running through safari and several virtual machines are running through virtual box. I am very happy about it. Its quietness is one of the pillars of its comfort.

- - In my copy, when starting the self-diagnosis, where, among other things, both fans are started alternately at different speeds, its blades are heard near the right fan, while only airflow is heard at the left fan. I decided to postpone the appeal to the ASC for the time being, suddenly something else will pop up after a 2-year warranty. - Notes weren't synced when iCloud account was signed in for the first time on macbook. I tried to go to the notes through a web browser and saw a notification about maintenance being carried out, due to which they are temporarily unavailable. I decided to wait, but a day later the notes still did not appear on the macbook, and in the cloud itself they were correctly displayed and there was no information about the technical work. I wrote to Apple support and within 10 minutes my problem was solved, apparently, an error occurred due to my first synchronization of notes at the time of technical work. - Tangent to create and upload data backups from a macbook. I naively thought that everything would work like on the iPhone - the phone itself uploads a copy of its data to the iCloud cloud. There is no such thing here, you need to do it either through itunes or Time Machine, since at home there is a network drive from Synology, which has built-in functionality for Time Machine, now all copies are automatically uploaded there. - App Store for Mac. The assortment in it is extremely scarce, I had to look for programs on the Internet, download from developer sites, which is not very convenient after the mobile App Store.
