Cat Litter Odor Eliminator

This product is ideal for combating cat litter odor. We used granular activated charcoal mixed with cat litter to control cat litter odor. Works effectively! About 1/2 cup mixed with fresh Dr. Elseys Ultra Cat Litter is all you need to eliminate litter box odor. We add granules as needed when additional bedding is added.

Cheap bulk charcoal. - Aquarium pumps and filters

Activated carbon. No frills packaging. The mesh pocket was a pleasant surprise. I'm not sure what others are saying about a cloudy aquarium. You don't have to rinse it properly or grind it while rinsing. The most important point is that carbon has limited life in the reef. 4-5 days max. 1/2 cup per 50 liters. Whether through the reactor or passively. Rinse well, without rubbing, for no more than 10-15 seconds.

Rinse well! in aquarium pumps and filters

I have an 80 gallon reef aquarium that I have been using for the past 2 months. While it seems to get the job done, I ran into a few issues in the end. I wash the charcoal well in Rhodi water before each use, but when I put it in the tank the water gets cloudy for about a day and a half when I add new charcoal to the tank. I haven't experienced that with other coals. I'm not sure if this haze is caused by fine carbon particles or something else it's leaching out. I will switch from this brandโ€ฆ

Great deodorant for plants!

Growing 4 marijuana plants at my apartment in a grow tent. Made a homemade ventilation system deodorant out of a couple of 2.5 gallon buckets and this charcoal. This charcoal is great for that. ยฃ6 wasn't enough for my design so for the cost of this stuff you could buy two bags if you plan to use it for the same purpose. I have just returned to my apartment after 4 days away, there is NO odor and the plants are in bloom. Very very good odor suppressing charcoal and the best price I have everโ€ฆ

I can't say if it helped.

To be honest we bought this to get rid of the bad smell of nicotine and pet pee. The rental house we bought was terrible, to say the least. I bought it to remove odors. We removed all fibers including the ceiling tiles in the house. It's gotten a lot better, but I still have soot in every room and we still have odors. I resorted to sprinkling vinegar on poor wood floors that pets used as toilets. It seems the aid was more than carbon. If we clean and paint all hard surfaces I'm sure the odorsโ€ฆ

I have had aquariums for over 40 years so I have a lot of experience with them. About a year ago we moved into a new house and installed a 75 gallon freshwater aquarium. There are canister filters that add an additional 10 gallons. In any case, the water source appeared to be algae, and about a year after installation we had a terrible outbreak. Even after using algae killers and multiple water changes, tank cleanings etc the algae smell was still there so I bought this product to add to one of
