This is a great video surveillance system! Easy to install, many camera programming options including specific days/times for monitoring, sensitivity adjustment and video recording quality. The only downside is that battery life can be an issue since it's completely wireless. If you need a system for high traffic areas or a system that records continuously, battery life will be short. But since it's wireless, installation is super easy! I used about 8% battery in a week.

I'm only giving 2 stars for tech support because I haven't had to deal with it yet. As for the 3 stars for battery life, that's only because you have to change (recharge) the batteries after 4-6 days. I bought 2 extra batteries for this purpose as I want my security cameras to always rotate and follow me around my house. But I'm definitely overall happy with my purchase. Batteries should last months. I got three cameras and made sure they were all fully charged before installing them. One at 75%, one at 50%, one went down today. I've been wearing them for a little over a month. All on the street, in front of my house (same conditions). When I tried to charge the batteries, the spring-loaded part fell out. Again.
