ARRIS Surfboard SB6183 Package Black Review

I bought an Arris Surfboard SB6183 (new, shrink-wrapped and all) to stop paying my service provider a monthly modem rental. The device worked great and was easy to install but unfortunately when I returned my old device to CableVision I found that my new SB6183's MAC address was already registered with them so I was still using "their devices" . . 8/6/2020 Revised - add a star I'm adding a star back, the reason why my SB6183 doesn't support this 600 Mbps, due to a cable leak, Comcast sent a technician to an external cable box and fixed the cable connection problem (reinstall cable connector). After I installed it and authorized online in my Optimum, the internet speed was very noticeable. My pages load much faster and YouTube videos etc play much faster.
