Sorry, this product was terrible. The look and feel was good, but the functionality was absolutely terrible. The threads on the screws were not fully tapped, so the screws slide down the screw (instead of turning). As a result, you cannot tighten the linkage without the bolts slipping. The bars do not stay on the box. Return and avoidance in the future. I would not recommend it.

These pieces are beautiful. The soft gray goes well with all modern shades of gray on walls and cupboards, which are all the rage right now. I wanted less metal in the bathroom and used these handles instead. The reason for the 4 stars is that one of the parts was not centered on the stand and broke during installation. The rest is ok but I'm missing one of the closet pieces so can't use the last one. The ones used are great.

These pretty knobs go really well with a dresser that I recently repainted. There were no instructions either, but these grips were very easy to install. Unfortunately, these are the only positive aspects of this product. The bolts appear to be glued into the handle, creating differences in the usable length of the bolt for attachment to the dresser. I was glad there were 12 pins in the pack as I had to use 10 and would like more in case something happened, but 3/12 pins were very loose as…
