🔌 ASC Audio Single Din Radio Installation Kit and Wire Harness for 2001-2005 Honda Civic (excludes SI and SE Models) Review

This kit fits inside the Civic dashboard but isn't a perfect fit due to the small protrusion that protrudes. There is also a small gap around the stereo block. Finally, the instructions were really bad.

We bought this kit for a 2003 Honda Civic. The kit itself is easy to install, but the problem is that it installs unevenly, and once installed, the stereo is skewed, so the display is very dim. I have to pull everything back out and start trimming parts of the kit to fit the stereo. I would not recommend this kit. There are much better kits out there.

This adapter did what I needed and no more. I bought an ultra light head unit (not a CD player) so it didn't need much support. The faceplate is a bit thicker than stock, but that's how it should be as it's the only attachment to the dash. Instead of a radio, I used the face adapter that came with the kit. It looked better than any perfect fit. My car came with a factory 2 DIN CD changer so I now have room for my phone. Oh the harness adapter was perfect!
