I have been a runner for years and have gone through the Nimbus transitions which were smaller than usual and the toe box was narrow. Thought I'd try them out for a change of pace on the sidewalk and the beach. They are great for the price and very comfortable. It feels like walking in slippers and at a third of the price of Nimbus sneakers.

I have super high arches thanks to ballet so it's a little harder to find specifically for me than most other shoes. The arch doesn't support my foot personally, but doesn't cause fatigue after wearing it and being on my feet for 14-15 hours. I've been wearing them for about a month now and I really like how comfortable they are to walk in. And they are so quiet when you leave which is amazing because I work the night shift!

I love my ASICS. It's the only athletic shoe I've worn since I started running long distances 22 years ago. I never have to break a pair and this pair was no different. These are hiking shoes with flat soles. Great walking support (I don't walk anymore). Keeps my foot stable and balanced. My only issue is that it's either shorter or the toe is narrower. The tongue did not stay in the middle when first used. I had to tie them tightly to keep them from moving. A problem I never had with my previous shoes. I run at least 4 miles a day and around noon my heel starts to rub so it looks like it's blistering but it never does. Nothing I want to do the rest of the day. This trainer lived up to my expectations in every way: I ordered a 9 1/2 which is my usual size. The fit was true to size, with good toe width between the toe and the bottom of the shoe. I specifically ordered this style as the 3000 style had too much arch support. This shoe offers more than moderate support, but not so much that the arch hurts at the end of an active day.
