I like that it does all of this for you! You don't have to do any work, just setup your system once then leave everything else up to them (and they will also help with training if needed). Their support team can seem very busy at times so there may be lag time between when something happens in their side or another customer's account/system but we were able fix those issues quickly as soon as someone would get back touch us again about our issue - which was usually within minutes sometimes…

It's pretty neat to be able to check your entire fleet of assets in one place, not just what you have physically at hand or have scheduled for maintenance/repair that day. A bit more cumbersome than other programs I've used but nothing too bad. If it were $5 less per month, we would definitely use this software rather than pay extra for 3rd party apps.
