I like that it does all of this for you! You don't have to do any work, just setup your system once then leave everything else up to them (and they will also help with training if needed). Their support team can seem very busy at times so there may be lag time between when something happens in their side or another customer's account/system but we were able fix those issues quickly as soon as someone would get back touch us again about our issue - which was usually within minutes sometimes seconds after being contacted by anyone internally from Asset DNA Support Team!! Highly recommend taking advantage of free trial first before purchasing full license because many features are only available through paid subscription option. We use ASI module mainly to track assets across multiple customers including internal systems used throughout entire organization without having separate accounts set-up per client / user etc., however; other modules such as ERP &amp CIM.
