I installed an 8000 lb winch that never had reverse. The fact that I do now and the wireless remote make my life so much easier.

Would definitely order again if needed! Easy to install, weather resistant, always works. Operate the winch comfortably from a safe distance or load the vehicle yourself. There is no cable holding you back!

It took me a little research to get my old winch working, but it was worth it. The controllers have a good range and if you have two there is a backup. I could haul dead cars into my trailer, sitting in it to steer or standing by in case of a broken wire.
