Much more. on Tools & Equipment

This press is much larger than the standard size. Now I can use all my adapters properly. You Taco and 4Runner guys know what I'm talking about.

Pros
  • User-friendly
Cons
  • The list will be long.

Strong tool, suitable for tools and equipment

that NONE of the standard size BJ presses are big enough to even fit in an Accord. After purchasing a standard press and an additional set of adapters, I was left with tools that didn't work. The giant press was the answer. With this press and a 1/2 electric impact wrench I was able to change the BJ with no problem.

Pros
  • New
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something nobody tells you

I'm glad I bought this.

I did my ball joints on a 2005 Dodge Ram 2500. This is with another masterful set of adapters and cups that barely get the bolts to remove and install. However, it would be extremely difficult to do without them. Very well done. I used a large ratchet and a cheat bar. I took it with no problems. Without that I would not have been able to remove the ball joints. Couldn't be happier with it.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Heavy metal and comes with two mounting screws.

well I haven't used it since I bought it but I can say I'm an old techie and it will be difficult to use this thing. I have a couple of adapters and just wanted a new press. It's perfect when it lasts. The size and shape of the twin screw drives gives me more options for the vehicle. The price was better than the standard press when it works the way it looks. Other heavy screw presses may require an additional adapter.

Pros
  • nice thing
Cons
  • don't remember

High quality C-frame press

Worth every penny. I replaced the bushes on both front links of the BMW-E90 3 Series with new Lemforder bushes. These are large bore bushings, almost the same as the subframe bushings. Overall I saved a lot of money not having to buy new BMW levers as they are quite expensive. The old bushings blew out leaving large cracks/wear around the perimeter hence the noise and vibration in the front suspension. The tool is heavy but does the job.

Pros
  • Pretty packaging
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Parts arrived together, rusted

Haven't had a chance to use the press yet and will update review when I do. Cavity. Apparently they didn't put any lubricant or rust preventative on these parts when assembling them, and they completely rusted together during shipping from China. It was so bad I had to put a jackbolt in a vise and use channel locks to twist the connector back and forth enough to allow the rust to work loose to get it out. It was so hard that the o-ring on the outlet broke so it had to be replaced. The ballโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Perfect for outdoor activities
Cons
  • Not sure
