Efficient solution for AC maintenance

This assortment of R134A tools is a lifesaver for any automotive professional. The kit includes all the necessary tools for AC maintenance and repair, saving time and money. The tools are durable and of high-quality, making them a reliable choice for any mechanic. The only downside is that it may be pricey for those on a tight budget.

Pros
  • Convenient assortment of fittings and adapters for R134A systems.
Cons
  • Limited to R134A systems, meaning it cannot be used with other refrigerants.

2005 Subaru Outback 4 Cylinder AC Valve Core

Imported JRA valve core fits my 2005 Subaru Outback perfectly. I couldn't find a reliable cross reference anywhere, so hopefully this helps someone else with a similarly bad kernel.

Pros
  • Heavy Duty Construction
Cons
  • No Auto

After a few mishaps with pre-made blister packed valve cores I decided to squander them, believing that the cost of cheap valves and wasted refrigerant canisters probably outweighed this. I've only used two so far - one on the high side, the other on the low side of an R12 to R134a conversion - and they've held up for the past two months. I'm perfectly satisfied.

Pros
  • I'm holding my fists
Cons
  • Hard to say
