Spend the extra money and get a better box. This one is cheap and flimsy and the top compartments are just annoying because they don't stay closed because the cheap pull tabs try to close them. You are not doing anyone a favor by adding a compartment that cannot be used just to say you have a specific function. I do not recommend this product.

I use this combination of tool box and lunch box. I just put some cooler bags on the floor and keep my lunch there. On the top tray I put a measuring tape, gloves and other small things. I removed the plastic handle and replaced it with a braided nylon rope handle that doesn't come off like a standard. This is the second I have bought and modified in this way as the first has lasted a few years with little abuse. I find it very helpful and recommend it.

The label on this box clearly states that it is not 100% waterproof. The description clearly states that it is either waterproof or not. I don't want to find a mess when I open it in a month. It could be 5 stars for a $5 box. The bowl on the top cover has no o-ring so the water just stays there, little effort has gone into making this product. The description is misleading, they do not guarantee water resistance and state it on the label. It's not engineered, looking more like a cheap generic…
