Motor Cover Missing - Blower

I have ordered several of these and 2 out of 3 were missing the protective rubber boot covering the motor. I assumed it was "used" but when I received a second one in the same way I was confused and disappointed.

Works on SXS for superchargers

I bought this supercharger to force extra air through my CVT in my side-by-side. it works as it should and helps cool the variator. The biggest improvement I saw was at low engine speeds. I'll update if this fails quickly.

Fits Alfa Touring on Sports

This 12 volt fan fits (modified) the fan assembly of a 1950 Alfa Touring car. Now the defroster will blow your wig off! Much more powerful than any original car heater fan. Rewinding the original classic fan motor would have cost over $250. This is the cost with the benefit of more air.

Works perfectly! on compressors

I don't use this for its intended purpose in a boat's bilge but it has worked great for my needs as a cooling fan on a tractor hydrostatic transmission on my boat. The factory fan blades were worn out, leaving no airflow under the tractor to cool the hydraulics. It was mounted on a skid plate and the cable was constantly moving when the tractor was running so it gets abused a lot and still holds up.

Very bad quality! the best in sports

Installed this blower on an 18ft Stratos bass boat just to ventilate the biological area when stored outside under the boat roof. It literally worked for less than 15 minutes before I could smell the burn coming from the hold. By the time I could reach it, it was smoking so heavily I thought the boat was on fire. I am familiar with DC electrical systems and I can assure you that this is not due to incorrect wiring.

Noisy but corrected by speed controller (link in review)

Firstly I didn't buy for use in a boat, but for use as an exhaust fan for a homemade humidifier. Made a tent to add on. It's too complicated for this purpose, but after purchasing - HiLetgo 12V40V 10A PWM DC Motor Speed Control Switch Controller Switch Voltage Regulator Dimmer for Arduino - it completely solved the problem, great fan, powerful when you need it, but it works with variable control . The handle I bought fits perfectly, will buy again.

Great replacement: Fan

The fans on my 1997 Chaparral 260 Sig were very loud and quite original in appearance (yes, my boat came with two from the factory). This is the "3000" series that was in the boat, so it's a direct replacement. I put a rubber gasket between the fan and the fiberglass to eliminate resonance. The new blowers are very quiet and use a lot less power (I would turn on my old ones and the battery gauge would actually go down a bit). Now the captain doesn't complain about the noise at all! Disappointed, missing details. Disappointed twice!

The fan in the first order there was no protective rubber cover over the end of the motor. I returned for a replacement. I will check the replacement part when it arrives. UPDATE: Revain quickly sent a replacement. The replacement part has NO cover. So two orders and two fans without a protective cover. AMAZON has to correct its entry. The photos in this ad clearly show the shoe. I will 3D print a TPU shoe for this fan. For this reason, the fan gets a star.

Used in the X3 Max UTV intake ducts to draw more cold air into the CVT belt housing.

Used in the X3 Max UTV intake runners to draw more cold air into the belt area of the CVT case to lower belt temperature. It's really the best choice. Cut the lever and buy a rubber reducer to make it work and plug the snuff into the X3 Maverick Can Am 3" INPUT. What a difference with my breather tubes compared to non-CFM stocks other than the twisting of secondary and primary air. The 170+ CFM is AMAZING. The 4" is too big, I'd like to use the 4" at 270 CFM. 3" works great. Keep your belt…
