Good product winches

I ordered these to help with a winch I needed to install on my trailer to load a prop for a marching band show. It is well assembled and very easy to install. I recommend this product.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Something else

Bolt holes needed to be enlarged

Spacing was correct for my 16 year old Warn winch but fairlead bolt holes had to be drilled to 7/16. During installation I used a small rod to move the block, the finish gets dirty easily on the roller, doesn't feel very harsh.

Pros
  • Great price
Cons
  • No instructions

Nice addition to my winch

This is a lightweight fairlead perfect for a quad. The reels only have plastic bushings instead of bearings, but unless you plan on pulling much far off center on your machine, this should work fine.

Pros
  • cool product
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

Great product, great price!

Great product for the price! It was shipped very quickly. Some reviews complained about the "lack of hardware". This product can be used for many things and no one can guess every use. We attached it to the front wall of the trailer and attached the generators to the trailer. Works perfectly!

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • No machine

The bottom roller should have been bigger for my app

quality product but for my specific use it didn't fit my snow blower. The bottom pulley is small in diameter due to my cable rubbing against the bottom bolt holding my winch together so I had to order another one. But I will keep this one for future drivers.

Pros
  • . Absolutely amazing!
Cons
  • Something different

Fits perfectly on my RZR

Unfortunately the winch I bought for my RZR needed a replacement guide cable as the one that came wiggled a little less than an inch. It was a simple plug and play install on my 2008 RZR. I have uploaded a photo of the original Fiarlead that comes with the Badland 2500 winch, not for reference only.

Pros
  • Happy so far

Great alternative to more expensive products.

I bought this guide because of the price. I installed it on a 2004 Yamaha Grizzly 660. I had to drill a little more mounting holes and trim the skid plate a bit, but it didn't take more than 15-20 minutes total. I haven't used my winch since installing it, but I can't foresee any problems as long as it's overused. I'm sure other cleats are heavier but I'm sure these will work just fine.

Pros
  • great product
Cons
  • negative impression
