Do not use on car paintwork scratches

Sandpaper is not intended for automotive purposes such as smoothing out scratches. It was sanded unevenly, scratches were present after polishing with polish.

Pros
  • Good Value
Cons
  • Zero

Sand but unstable sand

Definitely sand. But the grain is very uneven. 3000 grit will leave scratches as deep as 600-800 grit. If you're sanding paint, just stick to 3m. Not worth doing again.

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • Nothing here

Holds up very well when wet sanding

I recently received a car that has scratches of varying sizes and depths all over the body. I wet sanded large parts of the car and every detail is still in perfect condition. Very happy with quality, durability and price.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Definitely bad product

Great for cleaning shower glass

I never write reviews but this sandpaper blew me away. I used it to clean my glass shower door after trying so many cleaners and nothing worked. I then used sandpaper and hardly had to oil my elbows and the hard water stains disappeared immediately. See photos! I used a 3000 grit sheet for the entire door and it looks like it could last. I don't think the sheet is even worn. I liked this sandpaper.

Pros
  • Confident
Cons
  • Appearance

Great hard water glass cleaner

Our new house has very hard water and the glass in the shower is so coated with limescale it's hard to see through. I tried CLR for a few hours with little to no effect. I ordered this material, used 3000 grit and it came right away. Took me a few hours to sand all the tiles but now they look brand new. Be sure to dip the paper in water and rinse the glass while sanding to avoid scratching. I also mixed some dish soap into the spray bottle I used to wash the glass and it made the sanding a lot…

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Can't remember

Leaves scratches, others don't.

I used 3m and Duragold. None of them could be found so I ordered this one. Needed more than 3000 but thought 5000 and 7000 would be cool for better shine. The 3000 model was inferior to the 3m model, leaving scratches and curls. The 3m was slightly better but oddly the Duragold brand was the best. I wouldn't recommend it for wet sanding at all.

Pros
  • Kit contains: 18 pieces of high grit sandpaper in a choice of 3000, 5000 and 7000 grit, 6 pieces of each size
Cons
  • There are other interesting options.

The granularity seems plausible.

It was very difficult to find paper for 3000+ at the local hardware store so I tried these. In the past I've tried working down to 3000 grit (3M grade) and then using a polishing paste. This method worked well, but I got tiny streaks (not because I was moving through the grains too quickly). So I decided to try the larger grains of this brand. Maybe it's me, or maybe the water was contaminated, but I felt like after using this brand of 5000 and 7000 grit sandpaper I get marks with a smaller…

Pros
  • Suitable size: 9" x 3.6" sandpaper, easy to polish by hand or on a sanding block; You can also cut this sandpaper to any size and shape you want
Cons
  • I don't remember but there was something
