Non-upgradable: diagnostic, test and measurement tools

Connected to a 2001 Subaru Outback. I bought this to see if the SRS was working properly. He found misfires that were correct. He could provide all the information about SRS. I tried to update the software, thinking that for some reason the software needed to be updated for 2001, but the website just kept me going in circles with registering and logging in. Useful Product: Tools & Equipment

I didn't want to pay a lot for this kind of tool, so I chose it because of its cheap price and multiple functions. Now the fact proves it's really worth it! It can work on many vehicles of different brands such as 2012 Fiat 500 POP, 2002 Ford Explorer XLT and 2006 Audi A4. Just plug it into my car, all I have to do is push buttons and analyze the data it shows me. And to determine if the car needs to be serviced in a car service or if I can do it myself. Wow, it really worked! He found the problem and reset the SRS warning light!

Wow, that really worked! The SRS warning light came on on my 2010 Mercedes E350 and I called the MB service department. They said bring it in and we'll run the diagnostics for $189. I did a little research on google and found that you have OBD2 scanners that can run SRS (and ABS) system diagnostics, give reason codes and clear SRS trouble codes. To diagnose the ABS malfunction indicator light on my 2001 Nissan Maxima I purchased the OBDII port on my Maxima and followed the procedures outlined in the manual.
