2002 Silverado Partial

This was a perfect match for my 2002 Silverado Extended Cab. Price - great brakes and the rotor works well. Will recommend and buy again

As advertised: Brake Kits

Installed these on my 2004 Silverado in my garage in about 3 hours. I'm almost 78 years old and I like to do everything myself. Everything fits perfectly.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Ugly packaging

Good product! Don't be stupid, find out what your car needs first

If you really look at your car's brakes to make sure you know what you're ordering, you have no problem. People who give a bad review because they don't fit this car are just lazy for not doing their research there first. As long as I'm happy Be sure to clean everything with breakdown cleaner and lubricate the moving parts.

  • Confident

Good quality and a lot of savings compared to retail prices.

I drove my 2004 Silverado with no problems. I did it myself in the garage in a few hours. One small thing I would recommend is to get some extra brake lube to lubricate all the parts. Two small bags like "ketchup" weren't enough in my opinion. If you're also a DIYer, buy a brake cleaner to clean the rotors before installation, a TORX T55 socket head (Chevy Silverado pins), and a heavy-duty OTC 6980 brake drum and rotor puller if needed (saved a day for me).

Pros
  • Great selection
Cons
  • Hard to remember but it was

Car specific KOE2010 OE Brake Replacement Kit I think it's a great product but I can only use half of this kit, it's not the product's fault what happened to it. I was trying to fit this onto a 2001 Chevrolet Tahoe Suburban Half Ton Engine 5.3L 4WD K1500 This model has either heavy duty or standard brakes. Yes, this is for the standard brake model, not for a heavy brake system. Please make sure you have the standard brake system before ordering this kit. Highly recommended, I hope thisโ€ฆ

Best Value Brake Kits

This is a quality package at a great price. Usually when I order a rotor/brake combo somewhere offline, the rotors are great, but the brake pads are junk. However, on this set the pads are as good as anything I could get locally and the rotors are OE quality. The rotors are uncoated so surface rust will develop over time, but that's a given at this price point. Make sure you use plenty of brake lube around the contact points of the pads and calipers otherwise you won't be able to mount yourโ€ฆ

  • Nicely
