This is the best: Pliers

These are the best needle nose pliers I have ever seen. 100% better than the ANTHING I could find at Walmart or Home Depot.

Pros
  • Elegant design
Cons
  • There are some nuances

Unwanted steel, not stainless steel

This should not be advertised as stainless steel. Complete garbage. Not even close to stainless steel. Don't waste your money like me

Pros
  • Good product for its price
Cons
  • Working speed

Better grip on power tools and hand tools

I use these to hold the tendon in chicken tenders to clean and remove the tendon by running a fork over the tender while holding the tip hold with the tool. Works perfectly.

Pros
  • Certified
Cons
  • Newer model could have been chosen

Ideal for the elderly

I'm in my 70's and have trouble opening all new packaging: my hands aren't strong enough to tear here or pull there and these three or four little Tabs holding the box lid. Now I just take my handy pliers and just pop things open.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • No instructions

DO NOT BUY THESE - Pliers

These pliers are complete junk. They are made of cast iron with a stainless steel magnetic coating. I crimped a notch on a fishhook on first use and the pliers broke in half on one side between the hinge and the tip. This is typical Chinese crap and costs nothing. The seller wanted to send the pliers back for testing but was thrown away. No credit - no pliers.

Pros
  • Easy installation
Cons
  • Doubtful purchase for the elderly

Dishwasher safe best in tongs with needles

I use them in my kitchen to open food packages. You know those tiny protrusions of mayo that tend to twist my nails? I used a couple of stainless steel fishing pliers that weren't really good SS - not DW safe anyway. Washed twice, no spring to open. They don't come apart like kitchen scissors. I am women's size. Small and I like the fit, but big hands will do too. I'm so happy I have them!

Pros
  • Satisfied so far
Cons
  • poorly thought out

Good tongs but not for delicate kitchen work

I bought these tongs for kitchen work to remove tendons from poultry due to the all stainless steel construction. They clean and work well. One big exception: the teeth don't fit very well, so smaller crushable things like tendons can snap out of the teeth's grip. Use Wüsthof pliers to better close the teeth. Wüsthof is of course more expensive, but the teeth fit very well. If you don't need that level of grip, these pliers are a great choice.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • Vulgarity

Pliers made of high quality stainless steel.

I needed needle nose pliers for use in wet environments to avoid wasting my high quality carbon steel pliers. This pair turned out to be just as good, if not better than the old pair. The stainless steel is bright and looks high quality and has not tarnished. It has only been used in fresh water so it is not known how it will perform in salt water. Pliers include jaws for cutting wire - this may not have been mentioned in the product description.

Pros
  • Multi-stage hardening process for high hardness
Cons
  • No instructions

Good tongs but not for fine kitchen work

I bought these tongs for kitchen work to remove tendons from birds as the construction is all stainless steel. work well. One big exception: the teeth don't fit very well, so smaller things that can be crushed, like tendons, can slip out of the teeth's grip. To be able to close your teeth better, use Wüsthof pliers. Of course, the Wüsthof is more expensive, but the teeth converge very well. If you don't need that grip, these pliers are a good choice.

Pros
  • Overall length 6" Jaw length 1.96" Jaw width 0.118"
Cons
  • Compatibility

IDEAL FOR THE HOUSEHOLD! (And a man of course)

They are amazing - got them for my kitchen because they are stainless steel - I use them to pull the bones out of fish fillets (like salmon ) and removing pesky security seals from things like condiments and bottles (pancake syrup, ketchup). They're also great for grating whole nutmeg (easy on your nails). As mistress of the house - that's myeeeeeeeeeeee! But my husband is free to buy himself and not want them anymore! This kitchen is a MUST!

Pros
  • Made from 400 series stainless steel for high quality
Cons
  • boring packaging
