I would give these 817634 stars IF the buttons weren't on the side. I had to return this absolutely amazing dryer because it kept spinning every time I moved my hand while drying which is a lot. I have long thick hair. It probably takes 30 minutes to go from wet to completely dry with a conventional dryer. I actually timed this and it only lasted 9:49 with this bad boy! My husband was impressed! It hurt my heart to bring it back, but saving it should have been more annoying than useful.

My hair doesn't dry faster or look any better with this dryer than it does with the cheap perennial Conair it replaced. It's also heavy, very noisy and the concentrator attachment isn't good - the barrel bore isn't quite round and doesn't match. (I managed to get it in once and had to use tools to get it out again.) It's not particularly hot, although it blows a lot of air very quickly, enough to completely tangle my hair before it even started to dry.

My hairdresser drew my attention to this product. It was a bit pricey but I gave it to my husband as I rarely use a hair dryer. I told him I bought him a Ferrari because it had a unique sounding engine. He loves the product! It is easy to lift and use and of high quality. What I noticed is that the buttons on the grip are so close to the barrel that if you hold them down, you accidentally press the buttons, which changes the settings. I feel like I've tried so many horrible dryers over the past 5-7 years and finally found 'the right one'. I bought this brand because my top stylist uses it, but this particular model doesn't exist. Beautiful. It goes with my Babyliss iron, I've wanted this combination for a long time. I finally have her. After many years of waiting I bought it as soon as possible. After the first application I am enthusiastic. This is a great hair dryer and cuts drying time in half. At this point my hair is relaxed and much easier to style. I bought this because I often bathe my dog and a $20 piece of crap my wife spent ages drying my dog. This cut the time in half. You get what you pay for in life.

a bit expensive because I was looking for comparable hair dryers, but since my hairdresser used this, I knew what I was buying in terms of quality. . But the dryer is great.
