Until recently always used a full hard case and got it as a spare. The hard top is very durable and protects the racket heads perfectly. The bag stand protection in the lower padded part is also great.

Hard top protects club heads and adds structure to the bag. The padded area allows you to pack the bag in a small space. Wheels have worked for 4 years. It is still considered a "soft bag" for airlines.

This Bag Boy T-10 replaces the one I used for 3 years, but it was wrecked when the airline dragged it down the Orlando runway with my batons. My clubs and golf bag were undamaged (!) and when they paid for my old Bag Boy to be replaced I immediately ran to buy one.

This is the worst duffel bag I've ever bought. The hard cover at the head of the bag, the weight of the racquets and the fact that the rest of the bag is very soft will cause the bag to twist when rolling. The bag was also torn in 3 places after the first ride! I have another one from Ping that is much better.

I bought this bag in February 2021, literally this weekend I used it for the second time and the zipper broke, the bag does not rest on the wheels when pulled out, it keeps tipping over . When he fell, I pulled a muscle in my elbow. Don't waste your money on this bag, I just threw it in the trash after the second use, over $200. OH!

A terrible design flaw where pulling or tugging behind you will cause the bag to buckle. Can't get up alone. Better get a sturdy case top to bottom and I'll get it back as soon as I get home. Yes, I've got a boy in there supporting him and that's doing a terrible job. I'm very afraid to open and see bent shafts or damaged heads. The bag was large, bulky and very difficult to maneuver. We discovered this on our first flight trip and as we were two days past our 30 day return date (because we were out of town) they offered a 'good intention' to return the bag for a refund depending on if it was UNUSED and WE WILL PAY.
