These areas are better than others I've had before with a silver plug on top and buckles around my neck. The dirt will build up in the crack where that silver plug sits. DAS is a solid piece of material in which there are no gaps for liquid penetration and roughness formation. They are very durable. Very happy with them. Use them for wine bottles and disposable water bottles. They stay securely connected so I don't have to unscrew and unscrew the cap on my water bottle all day.

My son bought me a set of these wine corks a few years ago. I love them as you can put a bottle of wine in the fridge and nothing will stick out on top of the wine bottle. My daughter hated her wine corks because the top was always sticking out and she couldn't fit them in the fridge and she loved my silicone bakepan wine corks. So I bought her some for Christmas and she was so excited. They are excellent and not expensive at all. A very good investment!

I love these corks. They work so well, last forever and fit most wine bottles. Better than trying to put the cork back in the bottle and then the cork only closes halfway before having to use a wine corkscrew on the next drink. Just a note for wine lovers, if you've opened a bottle of red wine and downed a glass (or 2), use one of these corks to seal the lid, pop it in the fridge (yes, red wine) and it'll last 7- 10 days, and in many cases it tastes better than when you first opened it. I have had this set for over a year now and love it just as much as I did when I first got it. My husband and I have tried many different wine stoppers, including ones that contain vacuum pumps to extract air, and none of them appealed to us as much as this one.
