🔥 Baldwin BF46062 Fuel and Water Separator Review

This filter came in a plastic bag just like the old Delco AC #12664429. I know that Parker/Racor makes an AC Delco filter and also a Baldwin filter. AC Delco changed the design and packaging to an inferior one. The Delco AC filter is no longer covered in plastic to keep contaminants out. Quality control is important to me.

All those negative reviews where people just aren't well informed. This is a new design from Baldwin. It's a single stage filter (unlike the TP3018) and it's perfectly normal to look through. It's still rated at 4 microns and 99% water removal (same as TP3018). This has been discussed on the Duramax forum page and this filter has been tested with good results.

My opinion. Should be ZERO stars. If you can look inside this filter and see through it clearly, send it back. stay away from him DO NOT put it on your expensive Duramax motor. I bought this filter from Revain/Doxa-Worldwide. I bought another locally from an authorized Baldwin dealer and there is a second stage filter in there and you can't look through it completely.

Get the correct factory replacement filter when you order from MadJack Diesel Performance. The picture on Revain was incorrect but based on comments from other customers they confirmed they had received the correct part. I confirm what others have stated that if ordered through MadJack Diesel Performance this is a factory replacement (open bottom for the water sensor) and the picture is incorrect. I saw other sellers offering this but settled on a seller who was reputable and trustworthy.
