The soft fabric feels amazing, making it comfortable to wear all day long .Its thermalskin technology keeps you warm when it's cold outside. Neck very super, super small. Makes your head very, very heavy. BUT once the head goes through the vest it fits like a glove. Another issue is that the torso is very short so the vest sits on the waist (it doesn't reach to the hips) leaving the bell partially exposed. Regardless, this is a quality vest made of comfortable material that does its job perfectly!
