My 8 month old dog often barks for no reason. Then the neighbor's dog chased him. They have no idea how to bark, but they like to join in. I decided to give it a try. Arrived the next day and it was really easy to install. I put it on her and she kept barking, so I tightened the collar a bit. an absolute miracle happened. She squeaked but said nothing. It's a miracle.

I was very concerned before buying collars. As a single mom on a budget, it was pretty much all I could afford. This works very well for both dogs after two days when the barking has stopped. On the third day they do not wear them and are still silent. Even if the doorbell rings. I am a real buyer I paid for this product. I was very afraid of all the bad reviews. I was positively surprised.

Don't even touch them. Feather caps fall off easily and are gone within an hour or so. You can only use it for 4 hours in summer, and dogs know that once you take it off, they can bark freely again. The sensitivity of one of them could not be adjusted, and the other did not hold a charge. That's also the worst part, they're so delicate that if you crumple up paper in the next room, they'll work. The dog is being punished for something it didn't do! In the end I returned everything.

Received these today and put them on my two mini dachshunds who are barking at idle. Let's just say it's very quiet in my house right now. I came home from the store and there was NO barking from anyone at all! We can actually go from room to room and outside in without yelling at them to shut up. In addition, they no longer bark at the neighbor's dog, which also only barks. I wish I had thought of that before!

This thing seems to work. When my dog puts the collar on, he barks once, then shakes his head and stops barking. I set the sensitivity to minimum, sound and vibration are on. The only thing I don't like is the stripe on the neck. It slips through the plastic retainers (I don't know what to call them) too easily, causing the neck strap to dangle. There are many ways to fix this yourself, but I consider it a design flaw. That being said, this device seems well made and I expect it to be durable.

They certainly deter barking. I have 2 poodles and 2 different types of e-collars, they are better for barking because the beep or vibrate is automatic (our other is remote controlled which better prevents unwanted behavior. but if I don't keep the collar off and know which one Dog barks, then I'm missing the opportunity to correct it at the moment). Now I don't even have to put collars on them, I just leave them on the countertop and they hum when the dogs bark and it gets their attention…

There were 2 pieces in the box plus an extra collar to choose from! I quickly read the VERY easy to understand instructions and put the collar on my dog. A few minutes after getting the collar, a neighbor knocked on the door.
