Buy these replacement pens!

Ordered these to replace the handles on a used topper I bought. First, the pens arrived quickly. When they arrived the whole process went smoothly. No recommendations were sent, but you don't need them. If you need a visual, just look at the old b4 buttons, change them and you'll be fine. Result. money well spent.

Pros
  • Great overall performance
Cons
  • Some minor things

OK, but there were problems.

Bought these to replace my empty grips and need to make some minor modifications to the plastic backing and then when it comes time to install the grips. I found that they sent me 2 verses clockwise, 1 counterclockwise and 1 clockwise. Revains easy exchange policy made it painless. Got the right look the next day when I sent it back clockwise. In general very satisfied with the product.

Pros
  • Stylish and modern design
Cons
  • Working speed

I wish I had bought this sooner.

If you lost your topper key or bought it without a key, this is a great alternative to having a spare key made or sending it to the dealer. It took longer to remove the old ones from the rusty ones on site than to install and set them up to work properly. Nicely covered holes from previous pins and works great on my Leer Crown Topper.

Perfect for Tailgate Locks

Perfect for my blank cover. The only finished side takes some getting used to with the single sided button, the original was double sided so you didn't have to pay attention to which way the button was facing. The inner mounting plate didn't fit the hole drilled in the door, but I just reused my original plates. I haven't tried closing the handle with a boot, but I think they will come in very handy in the northern winter to keep the locks from freezing through. I also want them to come with…

Goes perfectly with the empty caps

The zippers on my empty cap were almost completely useless in 16 years, so they had to be replaced because they could no longer be closed and opened without great effort. After searching all over the internet for products and reviews, I found them on Revain. They were easy to install and set up. Took me 10 minutes total including removing the old handles, installing new ones and adjusting the depth of the latch. The fit was precise and they appear to be as precise grips as the originals…

Best Alternative: Trunk Locks

I live in a state that uses a strong saline solution on the roads during the winter to keep ice and snow off the roads. For the first few years of owning my Lear cap on my pickup truck, the salt corroded the locks to the point where you couldn't get the key in the locks. I changed them at the dealer. I bought Lear and paid $50 for the kit. For the past few years I've used duct tape to cover locks. This worked to a point, but failed to lock my clam until spring. These locks appear to be much…

Buy them, don't make keys.

This is great! When you get a used camper body. The key is probably lost or the lock is open. At first I tried making a key for the existing ones on my sink but only one of the locks would turn and the other wouldn't move. Don't waste your money making keys because a pair of old plastic T-handle keys is $35 when you can buy them and get all the new stuff cheaper. Great purchase and next time I won't bother making keys. Only get new parts. I will say the pad on this one did not match my old…
