+ Good when you need a bunch of multicolored handles + Works as intended - came sticky - rough blades Everything looks rougher - for example the back of the x-acto blade is pretty flat and straight, it's a bit of a crappy abrasion on each blade in this set. I tend to stick my finger in it, so I'm not very pleased to find it sharp. Also, why did it become sticky? First I washed everything because opening it made my fingers slimy and then left a sticky mark on my counter.

First, the blades feel dull. Tried half a dozen different ones and most had trouble cutting cardboard, one cut cardboard but had trouble with a piece of cardboard. The handles are nice but very light and any pressure on them will cause the blades to loosen and fall out. makes it a little difficult to make a deep cut, let alone a fine cut. I have been using Xacto blades for about 35 years. I bought these "Craft Hobby Knives" because I wanted to make sure they were as good as the originals. I found them 75% acceptable. The barrel of the knife is strong and yet light. It's not as comfortable to hold as the heavier Xacto. It's not perfect, but it's ok.
