Easy way manage internal staff communications

I like that it's very easy to use and navigate. The dashboard is very clear and easy to understand. You can drill down into specific areas to find exactly what you're looking for. This is great if you are working with a small team of people who have different levels of experience. The analytics aren't always accurate, so you have to do some digging to figure out why.
