I would recommend the best in Ball Joints

I would recommend removing the boot before installation. You can reattach the protective cover by twisting the mechanical wire with needle nose pliers.

I haven't installed them yet, so I will.

I haven't fitted them yet so will do an additional check in the future. They look solid out of the box. Large photos in the review.

Great quality at a low price (plus installation advice)

This lower ball joint is very well made and represents excellent value for an old car. If you are buying this for a Honda you MUST remove the wire retaining clip holding the rubber boot in place and then remove the boot (it comes off easily). Due to Honda's lower control arm design, if you leave the rubber boot tightened during installation, the boot will tear, resulting in premature ball joint failure. After removing the boot, press down on the ball joint and apply a small amount of additional
