Best waterproof and very comfortable. thin strap and clasp.

I have colored hair and this keeps most of my hair dry after an hour in the pool. After about 40 minutes of alternating breaststroke/backstroke, some water will begin to flow to the bottom edges. Comfortable, most strapless hats are too tight and give me a headache. My hair is long but thin and I tie it in a bun. Doesn't get water in your ears. The best cap I've tried and I would give it 5 stars but the strap/clasp is weak so be careful when snapping and unfastening.

Best for keeping hair dry with swim caps

This is my second swim cap of this style with a chin strap. The first one broke after about 10 uses and I swam my laps without a chin strap. Everything was fine, but water started seeping in. The bracelet is partly made of plastic and does not last long even with careful handling. It is not easy to shorten the strap, but no further adjustment is required after that. I cut off any extra ribbons. I really like this swim cap, it's roomy, doesn't cause headaches. I also dye my hair so waterproofing

  • High marks for hold and durability from testers
Cons

Ridiculous strap

The strap is too long, very difficult to shorten and almost impossible to untie. I don't know why it's so hard to find a decent swim cap. most silicones are too small and fly off the head. It's a bit big (and I have a big head) and I can't stand the strap - certainly a more comfortable design could be made. I can't remember such a problem with swimming caps when I was young - instead of getting better, they seem to be getting worse. Also, Revain is charging me $6 to return this tiny and light…

My goal was to keep the headphones dry: swimming success!

I'm a short hair male who bought this swim cap with a chin strap to keep the cap in place to keep water from getting into the earmuffs I wear while swimming sluggish. Combined with the ear and hair protection I wear under my hat, it works great when the head isn't submerged above ear level for too long and works well enough when the head is submerged further. The combination of these two products, along with the headphones, is now a staple in my swim gear. This is the best solution to the…

Customization is difficult.

I bought this cap for the blisters, the color and the adjustability. I'm happy with the bubbles and the color. The product description says the strap is adjustable. This is adjustable if you have five minutes and long nails. However, once it's adjusted to my head (given the small size) it's very difficult to get it on my head because you can't remove the strap (or at least I can't figure out how to remove one side of the strap ), and then the strap stretched and stopped drying the hair. I like…

In my opinion the best cap for long thick curly hair

In my experience the best cap for long thick curly hair (braid hair). I've had a dozen or more of these over the years and used them frequently on a daily basis, especially in the summer. Beautiful in the lake, beautiful in the pool, beautiful in the sea. Keeps most water out of ears and hair except during extended backstrokes or in water crawling. I've never used a chin strap - it would make me claustrophobic - but be careful when removing it lest you rip it off too quickly, or pull out and…

Waterproof bathing cap keeps hair dry though.

60 years ago we had these swimming caps at school. It's very comfortable and the gusset on the edge keeps my hair almost dry. This is a large size and my favorite swim cap as it doesn't pull on my hair. Unfortunately the strap, which I like because it prevents the hat from coming undone, has very hard buttons. Therefore, it is very difficult to loosen the strap. When I wanted to take off my cap after 4 swimming sessions, the button flew off the cap. Now I can't find it with the main strap. I…
