I got this because I have dyed hair that I didn't want to get wet in the pool and I figured if I heard a swim cap I'd sit on it. However, my head is too small for that. There is a 0% seal around the edges that will probably pop right out if I ever get submerged in water. Instead, I now use it as a shower cap.

Very nice and I really liked it as long as it lasted. About 3 months. It is not resistant to chlorine, and the flowers appear one after the other, then the inner white border is separated. The lid was a bit big and not very tight, but that didn't bother me much. But the crumbling cap after use in chlorinated pool water is a problem.

I love this cap! I get compliments on every aqua aerobics class and it keeps me warm. It's very retro. I read reviews that it is too big. It's big but I have a big head so it works. It doesn't dry out my hair, but no hat does, unless you're wearing something so tight you can't think straight. Please note that this cap is designed to be worn over the ears, so sometimes it is difficult for me to hear the teacher.

I bought it for a trip to the Blue Lagoon in Iceland. I got lots of compliments! I wrapped my hair (15 inches long) and put a scarf under this hat. It fits perfectly, I didn't completely submerge my head in water so my hair stayed dry. I would recommend this to women with color treated or weakened hair who don't want the harmful effects of sun or chlorine. It protects your hair and is a very fashionable detail.

I have a medium sized head so this cap is perfect - not too tight. This is my second time buying this model as I don't really like smooth caps. Unfortunately, they don't last long - the petals start cracking pretty soon from exposure to chlorine or salt water in the pool. It's not fully waterproof either, but your hair will only get wet from below. That bothers me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this style. So retro and cute, but the hole is too big so definitely water can get in while swimming. It's not tight at all. If you have a big head this might work, but it's bigger so it's not tight enough for average women with small heads. My daughter is on the swim team, I bought her this cap to wear during team training, I thought it would be cute. She wouldn't wear it, ONLY she wears it to her annual birthday party. I've always wanted one of these swim caps and this beauty didn't disappoint! The colors are vibrant and all the flowers seem to be attached fairly well. I made the mistake of grabbing the flower when I put it on and part of it came off so when putting on you have to be careful to only grab the cap itself. As for dry hair, that's fine. I didn't care about the fit, I just wanted to live out my Esther Williams fantasy! I do not want it. One letter is enough people.

I bought "dark blue" and it's more like medium blue - not as dark as navy blue. Nice blue although I wish it was darker. I've only used it a few times and not a single flower has fallen off yet, but it needs to be handled very carefully because when you take it on or off or attach it (which is necessary because it's too big) the flowers are all the way to the edge and I've already torn pieces off some of them.
