Belkin used to be a great router. My old one lasted 10 years. Now they are nothing but complete garbage. I've tried two in the last three weeks, N600 and N1600 and encountered the same problem. During the install you need to update the firmware which messed up both. I called Belkin support and they told me I need to update from a laptop, even though the box says it's easy to install with a smartphone. I told the person how to connect my laptop to the internet without an internet connection. The
