The box/envelope they came in looked ok but the bottles were broken and a tonne leaked. The plastic bag they luckily arrived in was completely covered in green goo. It is too early to judge the effectiveness of these products - the hair appears softer and more voluminous. But the packaging leaves a lot to be desired. I dropped one in the shower and the broken plastic bottle seems to be a problem. Also, all the information on both bottles is in a foreign (to me) language - no instructions or information in English.

Within the first week I noticed my hair loss stopped and my scalp was so clear! I started seeing new hairs appearing in about 3 weeks and they are growing back.

I like the smell of the shampoo but definitely like the conditioner. Dries hair without rinsing. The conditioner is too oily and thick. Overall I will continue to use the shampoo as it is natural and smells nice. I will use a different conditioner.
