The Berkey Glass Level Fitting is very easy to install. I left a glass under the faucet on my bin (Burkey's on the edge of the counter) when I first filled it up and it was completely dry the next morning. I am happy with this appliance. After overcoming my stupid mistake and learning not to overfill the upper chamber, I've had good success and not one of the leaks some report. Seal where it penetrates the lower chamber. I tested it over the sink to make sure it sealed well. Everything is fine there. The stupid lesson came in the form of an upper chamber overflow.
