I read some mixed reviews before I bought this, so I decided to be positive and give it a try. I have thick curly hair and it makes it frizzy. It’s perfect for my daughter, who has thin sleek hair.

This brush glides smoothly through my long thick hair. It is comfortable to use and I love having a travel brush as well. Best brush I've ever had.

I was looking for a good hairbrush that was good for my hair but did not break the bank. I found everything I wanted with this hairbrush, it brushes my thick hair nicely without pulling my hair out or breaking my hair off, I love that it also came with a small travel brush and a tool to clean hair out of the brush.

Excellent brushes. I honestly just opened these and used the large one. I love the way it not only detangles but smooths out my hair. It also feels very nice against my scalp. I've been steering away from large brushes because of most of them having sparse, long nylon bristles but this combination of nylon detangling and the shorter natural boar for smoothing and distributing oils has me sold.Very nice little purse size brush will come in very handy and much nicer than the one I'm carrying…

Including the softness of a Boar bristle brush resulted in an effective de-tangling brush that has protected my hair from damage.

I liked this brush when I first got it. I like the bristles and how smooth my hair gets when using it. But the handle is just not good enough to continue using it. It’s too small for the brush and my hand ends up cramping. So for that reason I am going to get a different brush.

Have not had a chance to use it yet. Just wanted to comment that the boar bristle brush seems fine, but the smaller brush was not even included.

Excellent brushes.I kept the larger one for myself and gave the smaller one to my granddaughter for her very long hair. Both brushes work well on my fine hair and her thick, long tresses. Awesome purchase!

Ugh, I thought it was only a brush. I love it. I have hip length, thick, blunt cut hair. It brushes knots out smoothly and never rips out hair. I LOVE the mini hair brush cleaner mine came with it is both pink and super effective. I've been cleaning brushes before this item and apparently I just have been missing it my whole life.

This is an amazing brush set, similar to a $170.00 brand name brush. If you're looking to let your hair grow out then I suggest this brush, it's sturdy enough to detangle yet soft enough to grasp your natural oils and distribute throughout the hair. I had originally ordered the square one and it was way to big and awkward to hold. This one is much better. I will say I do like the way it brushes and you actually do feel it massaging your scalp but, I took off a star because when I went to clean a little of my hair off, I got a splinter that I am guessing was a boar bristle stuck in my finger and they hurt. I am hoping not to have to worry about this every time I clean the brush.

It is a good brush, easy on the follicles and epidermis. It took about a month for the chemical smell of the bristle pad to go away. Not too obnoxious unless you put your nose right up to it.Over all nice.

Was this a returned item that was shipped to me? I get people return items all the time, but at least clean the brush before resending it to someone else. And make a note that it's been used at least so the customer can choose to continue with the purchase or not. Don't lie and sell it like it's new. I give it a 2 just for the general size and feel of the brush. I have to decide whether to keep it or not and then make an update of it's functionality

I loved the wood, it made it look more expensive and high end. I also really liked that there was a smaller brush with a bag for travel. I could fit in my purse without having to take the larger brush along. The small tool to take the hair out was helpful to have.

These are great brushes and they came with a little brush cleaner! Would highly recommend, way nicer than my prior conair brush!

Just what I was looking for. Comes with package for small brush and a cleaning tool which I love. Would buy these again if I need to. Love them!

I really like the fact that it has boar bristle and the nylon. It gives my head a good massage and has made my hair healthier.
