It is good for billing, patient records etc however I think it could be better in some areas but not enough info about any of those problems that would improve its functionality from my point view! If you have small practice with limited staff then this software will help manage all tasks easily as well provide great support when required by email or ticketing system which makes life much easier especially if something goes wrong!! I like that it is affordable, but still has all of my needs met in an easy way for me as well as everyone else working at our office!
