These are the ONLY socks/boots my dog stays in. They are great for short walks in the rain or on ice to keep paws dry/warm. These aren't the best "boots" but they are good socks with flexible elastic that my dog was able to adjust to easily.

This was a disappointment. I don't understand how they can work properly on every dog. It was definitely not my fault. They just slide off after two seconds. I should have returned them, but instead I kept them to see if I could find a way to get them to work. nope! They just don't.

They're a bit difficult to get hold of, but once I figured it out, things got a lot easier. They hold up quite well. I haven't used Velcro yet. She leaves them alone, but is happy when they are free. I got them because she had knee surgery and mine are all hardwood floors. They don't let them slide on the floor. They work great.

Socks have a rubberized bottom (black area) to prevent them from getting wet. They come with velcro straps (separate, not attached to the socks) to keep them in place. I think I may have bought a size too big because they kept coming off my pup's paws. I find them cute and work as intended if I buy the right size and once the pup gets used to it.

I have a St. Bernard and when it gets below freezing he freezes faster than he potters. Also, he's in the public eye because he's a working dog, which means he's out in the cold during those wonderful Wisconsin winters. Unfortunately they weren't big enough for his big feet, although the quality was very good. If his legs were smaller or I had a smaller dog I would consider them again.

We just got them today and tried them out. I also bought some suspenders in case they don't stay. Until now, the straps that came with the booties were enough to keep them in place. For some reason I thought they would reach over his leg and the rubber piece would rise higher, but it was probably my fault. Jasper is a healer mix with small, skinny legs and feet.
