Description of BFGoodrich Mud-Terrain T/A KM3 265/60 R18 119Q summer

BFGoodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM3 Summer tire BFGoodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM3 is designed for SUVs. Differs in the increased productivity on soil coverings with the lowered bearing capacity. Thanks to modern technologies and materials, it has excellent efficiency for its class on hard ground and asphalt roads. The tread pattern is adapted for off-road operation. The shoulder blocks are massive in size, which increases traction on soft ground surfaces, especially when the tire pressure is reduced. Drainage grooves contain special grooves, which allows the tread to effectively self-clean from soil particles. The running tread is made from 4th generation Krawl-TEK rubber compound. Its feature is a combination of elasticity and tensile strength and tensile strength. When driving over irregularities, the tread takes their shape, and the increased length of the edges of the blocks provides reliable traction with them. The thickness of the sidewalls has been increased compared to the previous model by almost a third. Together with the mechanical strength of the rubber compound and the optimized design of the shoulder areas, this minimizes the risk of damage on off-road. The main features of the BFGoodrich Mud Terrain T/A KM3 - tread pattern adapted for use on low-bearing soil surfaces; - special dividers at the bottom of the drainage grooves provide the tread with self-cleaning efficiency from soil particles; - Krawl-TEK rubber compound improves tire performance on hard ground , increases reliability and resistance to wear; - increased thickness of the sidewalls, optimized design of the shoulder areas reduces the risk of mechanical damage. Designed to work In the mud 5% improved flotation* 1. Massive shoulder blocks increase traction on soft ground, especially when riding at reduced pressure ****.2. The modified tread pattern provides excellent flotation in severe off-road conditions.3. Dividers between the blocks allow you to effectively remove soil from the drainage channels to improve adhesion. Designed for hard surface 8% improved traction on asphalt AND rocky surfaces** 1. The flexibility of the tread elements allows you to take the form of hard bumps, especially when driving at reduced pressure ****.2. Massive tread blocks provide effective grip and prevent slippage in rocky areas.3. The Krawl-TEK***** rubber compound has improved traction on hard surfaces. Designed to be the strongest*** 27% stronger sidewall*** 1. Increased sidewall thickness for greater strength and damage resistance.2. Massive shoulder blocks resist damage to the most vulnerable areas of the sidewall.3. The unique shoulder block design reduces the chance of pinching resulting in a sidewall tear. The special design of the tire allows you to move at very low pressure

I am very happy with this purchase, I will advise everyone!

Rubber is like a fire hose. In the past, yuzal ATshku. The same brand was selected as a result. If it has a head, it will survive the mud test and be successful elsewhere. What I suggest.

Pros
  • Rowing!
Cons
  • The handling degraded. It's not exactly relaxing to drive at speeds over 130 kilometers per hour.

I had to drive a lot on asphalt, dirty, dry, and wet clay while using this tire's size 285/75R16 year 3 configuration, which I mounted on a 4-ton Ford Excursion. I'm quite pleased with how well my work turned out; the project was well done. And the chores consist of getting to the house in the woods in whatever kind of weather, stocking up on things like firewood and other supplies, and digging neighbors out of any kind of muck or snow. The ride's virtually complete lack of noise thanks to the…

Pros
  • The first MT class rubber with such low noise compared to anything else I have tested.
Cons
  • Rubber class is closer to AT, and while it rides worse in thick muck than KM2 does, it is far quieter and more pleasant overall.

Best I have ever used, great product for anyone!

BFGoodrich all-terrain t/a 265/75 r16 has the following advantages: super tires, very soft (didn't try it in winter), outstanding cross-country ability, and quieter noise on asphalt. Got cons: It is difficult to strike a balance, but if you can bear the pain for a significant amount of time, then everything will be well.

A really necessary purchase, Im glad I found this product.

I'm having a hard time with this rubber. In my opinion, it is much better than the first generation, and better than the second. It seemed to me that in terms of handling on asphalt, it is inferior to the yokohama M / T G001, but it is significantly superior in wear resistance, when driving through mud without slipping and is less prone to sliding sideways on slopes.

Pros
  • Impressive grip on all loose and muddy surfaces. It manifests itself even when driving on rear-wheel drive, where a sharp start on gravel occurs without slipping - the car just goes and that's it. At "cork" speeds, there is no feeling of riding on square wheels, which are on the yokohama g001. The rubber is very soft, and contrary to my expectations for a long journey, it needs to be pumped noticeably more, and not less than some kind of "civilian" rubber - otherwise there will be + 15% to the consumption and there will be almost no rolling, plus there may be a feeling of "breaking" the front wheels in a tight turn.
Cons
  • Significantly noisier tires than I expected. The noise is especially noticeable at speeds of 60-80 km/h. Seems to be even noisier than M / T analogues (I do not compare with Silverstone MT 117). It seems to me that it is a purely summer version (not like g001, which can even do something in winter), but as a summer version, it is perhaps better than its analogues.

Average quality, not an outstanding product.

There are significantly more interesting options for the quality of MT rubber. First of all, these are Yokohama G-001 and G-003 I have been driving the first model since its appearance and I am not overjoyed. When driving on friable surfaces, you can lower at least up to 0.5 atmospheres ! And the sides "digest" in this mode even multi-kilometer trips ! Find another wonder. I took the second right now, it is clear that it is no less passable, and to get out of the rut - better than 001.

Pros
  • durable
Cons
  • heavy

Has pros: Good in liquid. Haven't filmed all winter. Up to - 10 rubber does not tan. Good in snow as well as 511. Can be used all year round. With its cons: When etched to 0.5 atm, there is no deformation. Apparently the short cornfield is too light for 215 widths.
