Reliable product for Power Sander parts and accessories

Good product and great price. I work with mild steel and often need to clean welded steel in hard to reach places for ultrasonic testing. I use a spacer smaller than the diameter of the disc to allow it to flex in hard-to-reach places. I deducted a star because the discs are made of a harder and more brittle material than other brands and tend to break more easily and shed a little more rocks.

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Some minor issues

Grinding wheels warped

I liked that the abrasive material of the grinding wheel was sharp. I really didn't like that they were deformed (something like a taco shell, but not that much). Couldn't tell if they were warped until you unpacked them. I tried squeezing them between circles of plywood screwed through the hole. It helped a little, but they warped again as soon as I left them on the grinder for a few days. Deformed discs made the plumage very difficult. There was a relapse phase trying to make them as flat as…

Pros
  • Very good value for money
Cons
  • Functionality

Deformed product! Best of Grinding Wheels

Use: Grinding. 5 inch grinding wheels. Used on Makita 5" angle grinder. BHA product, pack of 25 in the following 24, 36, 60, 80, 120 grit. Problem: The finer the grit, the more warped the discs. The heaviest was 120 grit, it curled up. 1" on either side of a flat surface. Haven't tried discs yet. After reading some other reviews, there have been complaints of premature wear. Others. I do not recommend this seller and/or manufacturer. Thank you (pleased)

Pros
  • Decent Performance
Cons
  • Nothing Here
