They work great for me.

Update 11/01/20: Wow, I don't remember not liking them. I've been using them for about 2 or 3 years and am considering adding 2 more for the Atmos front height speakers if that says anything about how much I like them. I had no problems. I mainly use them for TV/Movies and they sound great! Pictured are the left and right speakers, center is a vintage speakercraft that still sounds great! I also upgraded to a 12" BIC subwoofer after this purchase and it's amazing! Initial review: I only bought…

Wide Horn + Sealed Box = Magical

Owned since January 2016. Installation: optical out from samsung tv to creative gx6 then optical to sms repeater to two of them in the corners of a large one living room for a stereo television. The horn tweeter and sealed enclosure on top recreate the magic of much more expensive speakers. I have already tried to update them twice. First to a pair of Axiom m60 ($1500). The floor-standing m60 couldn't beat the FH6 LCRs installed in the corner of the living room. The second failed upgrade was a…

Couldn't be happier!

I am upgrading my HTIB 5.1 system. In 2009 I bought a Denon/Boston speaker system. It served me well for 5 years until the sub woofer failed. The small satellite speakers really lacked bass, making the sound less than ideal. Due to a limited budget I had Klipsch KSB 3.1 bookshelf speakers which I started using as fronts. This added some much-needed mid-range bass that small speakers lack. The only problem is that the Boston Acoustics speaker center didn't go well with the Klipsch fronts. So I…

There are reviews for the money

I read reviews on here (and not only) about the FH6-LCR, checked the price and doubted that this CCS could be as good as it is claimed . For the price, however, I decided to risk it. I needed something that played loud enough to get past a loud treadmill and sounded good. My Infinity Alpha CCS just couldn't handle the ambient noise unless I turned it up to the level my wife was complaining about. Enter FH6-LCR. Input good sound, loud sound - loud enough to pretty much drown out treadmill noise…

Amazing speaker, phenomenal value

BIC America makes many high-quality speakers at affordable prices, but this might be the best value. Although this speaker system isn't part of Acoustech's higher-level series (e.g. the slightly larger BIC Acoustech PL-28 center speaker is black), this speaker shares many common components that you'll see there (more than others speakers from BIC America). These welcome updates include a horn tweeter similar to that found in Klipsch speakers (presumably BIC was forced to abandon its orange…

Definitely The Life of the Party

I ordered this because I wanted the center channel to stand out on its own and still sound good and this speaker does that brilliantly. Some people say that horn tweeters are too bright but that's not my experience as they are clear, precise and bright but comfortable and not overpowering. I've been playing for just over 30 hours and I've already noticed that the speakers are getting softer and softer, and there may be many more, but they sounded good out of the box. With 6 1/2" woofers this…
