Product failed after a few months, fixed with a nut and bolt by drilling a hole. I'm still thankful for that as we needed a stand and it still works after the repair.

Okay ok I know it's NOT "should" to put a kickstand on a real mountain bike but my 15 year old son didn't want to have to keep it drop his bike on the ground or look for a tree to lean against. Especially since most of it is driven back and forth to play football and train. He assembled the stand himself and it fits and works very, very well. The price is reasonable and it holds up well.

Junior got his first mountain bike from a big store and the original plastic footplate broke after a few months. Rather than continue to watch him toss the bike on its side, we looked for an option that was affordable, efficient, and adjustable (since it's still growing). and it hits the tires, too far back it might hit the spokes) but it's safe and supports the bike well. Time will tell how strong and durable it is, but so far it's working well. Thank you!
