I am very upset that I bought the "complete bearing tool kit" when it actually only contains the parts needed to fit new bearings are needed, not the necessary details. remove old bearings.

The workmanship is excellent. The finish is excellent. Each part is signed and legible. The case is a little cheap, but it does the job. The only thing needed was a little elbow grease on the handles to keep them from loosening. All in all a very nice set.

Very good customer service from the seller! Not the best camp press. Threaded rod bent after 3 uses. The rest of the set is decent, but that doesn't matter because the most important part is the junk. I would not recommend buying this set, spend a little more and you will be glad you did.

The press itself is more for DIY. My 4 out of 5 stars was due to the case tearing at the corner near the handle and the red snap handles to close/latch the case were not installed. I'm not sure if it was damaged in transit or if the manufacturer checked it carefully. It wasn't a deal breaker, but when you're paying $90 for a product I don't expect it to be damaged.

This kit was pretty cheap and worked great for a bearing change on my 2009 Specialized SX. All Baring press cups are well made and have a beautiful anodized finish. The box is nice but cheap so don't expect it to take a hit in the back of your truck. The grips simply bolt on, so a dab of blue Loctite on them is the best way to keep them from turning or loosening when you tighten them. My complaint about this kit is the threaded rod. Overall this is a great set of stamps with a basic press for mounting bike bearings. Good range of punch sizes, a decent two-handled press, and it's all nicely packaged together. . The finish of the recesses is good, all machined parts were consistent and clean although I did have a few rough spots next to the labels etched into the anodized finish. For the home mechanic, I believe this kit will last for years; I would expect the aluminum press grips to wear out prematurely in tougher…
