very poor quality. The axis of the lever is sloppy. The screw cable adjustment assembly is sloppy and almost falls out. The lever adjustment screws are so sloppy that one fell out and was missing for the first 10 minutes and I'm sure the other will do the same. Do not buy. You just have to replace them like I will do.

Description Universal lever. The pivot point size of 28mm is for cantilever brakes. It will not work with a linear V-brake. Need a size of 36mm, otherwise the lever will not work properly. Bought this for my 8 year old mountain bike after it fell and broke one of the plastic brake levers. To install the handles and shifters had to be dismantled. Then carefully pry open the new brake lever with a flathead screwdriver so that it fits over the handlebars. Install and tighten and reinstall the shifters and grips.
