Size not 14/16 - Good quality

The size is 14/16 but it is not. The shirts are good for a 14 year old without being overweight. The same goes for shorts. If you are looking for something for huskies or over 14s I would not recommend this. The rest of the material seems good. My son hasn't worn it yet so I can't tell.

Pros
  • I love this product and it's worth the price but it's gotten too small. I should have bought a size bigger.
Cons
  • Tops are too small. Short fit. The boy couldn't wear tops. And he has a shorter torso than average. Sad.

Don't buy this.

Like the idea of matching sets and a good deal, how about me? This article is not for you. The shirts are too small and the shorts are too big. They don't fit well and aren't comfortable when wet. Big disappointment.

  • Perfect fit for my son and use them all the time. Great price for 2 sets.
Cons
  • Loved the colors and design but they were just huge. 10/12 could fit an adult.

Good swimwear is the best in my rating

The tops are a bit slim and the bottoms a bit long but my son loves them and they are well cared for. Great buy for the price. That's my review!

Not impressed! good for me

I ordered size 5 and got size 6. But somehow it still fits! The biggest disappointment was that the colors were dull and darker in real life than the advert image. I was looking forward to bright, eye-catching colors, but got dark, matte colors instead. Not as advertised. Apparently!

  • Bought for summer swimming. They do a great job in the pool and on the lake. Any shark fan will love them.
Cons
  • The shorts were larger than expected but with a drawstring.

fine ....!!! in my rating

So I ordered a 10/12 blue/red combo pack, both shirts were 10/12 but the red shorts were 8 and the blue 14. I didn't return as I only needed them and we were going on holiday. Luckily for me it worked because my youngest son could wear red while my eldest son just stayed blue. But I was still missing a bathing suit for my eldest son. Wash wisely, they are good. The drawstring at the bottom is great. It's inside so I can really keep the shorts from falling off her tiny waist.

That's a hit! in my opinion

My son is very picky about his swim trunks, which both he and I liked. It fit him perfectly, the material is soft and he was comfortable in the area where he should be as comfortable as possible. Definitely recommend.

Cons
  • I agree, he runs great. Thick fabric for bottoms. I sent it back because they only sent me 2 out of 4 pieces.

Happy and surprised

I've read a lot of reviews about them sending random sizes but I'm glad I got the right sizes (ordered two sets of different styles and sizes) and they were very good quality too. The kids are getting them for the holidays so I hope they fit by then lol.

Beautiful swimsuit does not correspond to size

Although the swimsuits were good cheaper quality and I wasn't sure how long they would last, I got 2 different sizes when there should have been 2 of the same size. Sent back promptly.

  • LIMITED SIZES AND COLORS AVAILABLE: The Big Chill Boys Rash Guard Set is only available in size 5 and color options are limited to Black and Navy Shark. This can be frustrating for parents looking for more size and color options for their kids.

Decent quality for the price but the shorts are larger than expected and the tops are too small. I ordered 2 sizes for each of my sons. They both work the same, big shorts and oversized shirts so don't order unless you want tight rashguards and oversized shorts. ?
