This is actually a great saddle bag. It attaches firmly around the seat post. The waterproof and weatherproof claims are true!

Finally a bag that goes with my jacket and everything. Waterproof, flexible and affordable. In the photo I even have an Au Lock.

Keeps your stuff dry. We were in the rain most of the day, but everything was dry inside. I had no problem with it "rocking" or anything like that and I completely wrapped it up.

For the price it's right. Used on a night ride. Can pack everything I need. The downside is that the backpack is very unstable when riding, but what do you expect for $24?

I like the volume of the bag, but the strap that attaches the bag to the seatpost is at a bad angle, causing the front end of the bag to sag into my rear brakes. I've noticed that other brands of saddlebags place the strap in a better position and keep the bag more horizontal.

Excellent bag when properly assembled. A small mistake, like a worn tire, will destroy it. Only walked about 200 feet, scraped and ripped the floor off completely. But I bought another one as a backup for friends to install. Just set it up properly and give it a little shake before you go!

heavy double thick strong material, and lots of it, lots of room for things. like an open bag. BUT, just two thin, light, flimsy straps to hold it up or keep it closed? weak bike mount. how to open it and, more importantly, how to close it so nothing pops out. how do you close it securely?

I really like this bag after using several bags in this category. This one does a good job in terms of price, pendulum control, and ease of attachment. The downside is the lack of any structure along the top edge. It just crashes when downloading. This problem can be solved with a flexible top closure, or BETTER yet a similarly shaped inner pocket that you can download and just slide in. This is a feature of some expensive bags, but given the budget, this one works well. .
