Big shocks. - Shock absorbers

Excellent shock absorbers. It changed the behavior of my truck a lot. If I had known how bad my original shock absorbers are, I would have bought them much sooner.

Pros
  • Expensive but decent
Cons
  • Basically OK but...

I love Bilstein. Always good handling and reliability

I love Bilstein. Always good driving performance and good reliability. Whenever I buy knockers, I always switch to Bilstein with no regrets.

Pros
  • Special offer
Cons
  • Makes me angry

These are MUCH better. They have a much more refined ride

Not like the original Bilsteins that came with my 2001 Tacoma quad. These are MUCH better. They represent a much more refined ride. Would recommend Stockers any day.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • Uncertain

The best shocks for my truck

The best shocks on the market I was going to install them myself but then found out I have front struts and shocks so I decided to take them to Tire Pro Automotive . Install them on my 2004 Toyota Tacom Prerunner. Very happy with shock absorbers

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Not bad

No top jacks huh?

This shock comes without top bushings. I don't understand how Bilstein thinks this is acceptable. Instead they give you 2 silly stickers. Keep stickers, give me bushings. That tirade aside, these are good shocks. This is my third set for my '99 Tacoma. And yes, the previous two sets had top bushings.

Pros
  • Pleasure
Cons
  • Sad packaging

Excellent shock absorbers in shock absorbers, struts and suspension

On my 2001 Tacoma I replaced the original branded shock absorbers that came with the truck. The truck drove as if it had no shock absorbers at all. Revain was the only place I could find front and rear Bilstein shocks. None of the major retailers said rear shocks were available. I had an O'Rei.y counter on my phone and googled Revain. Guess what he said, I found her! As a Prime member I ordered all 4 shock absorbers. The truck drives like a dream now. Very pleased.

Pros
  • Ideal for outdoor activities
Cons
  • No form required

drivability restored. No hard work even if you've never done it before.

Works very well. They really improved the ride quality of my 2000 Toyota Tacoma (185,000 miles). The installation on the first one took much longer as I understood everything. There are many videos on YouTube that helped with the installation. The second install (and I assume all future installs) took about 1/4 the time. I had to reuse the coil spring, coil spring pad and all the old screws except for the top retaining screw. I didn't remove the tie rod or stabilizer bar, but used a 6 foot 2x4…

Pros
  • Regular price
Cons
  • Something is wrong
