Missing parts for both shock absorbers.

These shocks were missing the upper hardware. I no longer have shock absorbers from these brands. I've been playing around with this kit and the last order for 2 weeks. Never

Pros
  • Excellent overall performance
Cons
  • Will not fit all

Great control of the F250 now with these installed

13 F250 2WD Gas with factory tow kit. Added front and rear, no more bouncing on the road over potholes or bumps in the sidewalk causing the truck to lose its shape.

Pros
  • Stable test results
Cons
  • So far so good

Huge improvement!

I couldn't find a pair of shocks that would fit my 2009 f250 2WD as the truck has a 2.5 front alignment kit. Research I went with Bilstein shocks (24-197779) and they fit perfectly and installation was easy, truck used to go into potholes, really annoying and horrible to drive, especially as it's a heavy frame, after using these shocks installed, ride hard recovered! I highly recommend these shocks

Pros
  • Lots of goodies
Cons
  • Available in white only

Very satisfied!: Spare parts

Installed on the front of my Diesel Super Duty and I can tell. A BIG IMPROVEMENT over stock shocks. My original gas struts were completely worn out at 50,000 miles to the point where there was no pressure left in them. I have always opted for Bilstein dampers. They may cost significantly more than, say, a Monroe, but the performance and durability of these shocks will pay for themselves over time. With four of these, my truck drives much better than when it was new. They must be installed at…

Ford F-250 Easy Install / Excellent Fit

I bought them to replace factory shocks (159,000 miles). I installed them on my 2006 Ford F-250 Superduty Lariat Edition. Removing the old shocks was easier than I thought, but accessing/removing the top nut on the shock is a bit tricky. It is recommended to use a large amount of penetrating oil. Installing the new shock required a small jack to compress the shock just enough to fit on the mounting bolt. I also recommend having a rubber mallet to tap on the shock mounting bolt. This will aid in

Pros
  • Trial for one year
Cons
  • Don't really like it, everything is fine

Buy KYB MonoMax instead

To be honest I'm a bit disappointed. My stock 2015 F350 Crew Cab Diesel has clocked 105,000 miles with the stock shocks and I figured their effectiveness was going to be marginal. I ordered a full set of four Bilstein 4600 series and installed all 4 at the same time. The ride improved drastically while cruising cross country in my yard (grass) at 5km/h. They cushion a little better than my old pants on the freeway. If you're towing a fully loaded trailer with a bumper and the best…

  • Very expensive
