Good product with best effect

I had to adjust the locking ring to the second setting. The top setting was too difficult to adjust without a spring compressor. In the future I will be replacing the springs with a 2" Eibach lifter so that's not a problem for me. The second setting I think rides great and I wouldn't do it any differently if I ran stock springs.

Pros
  • Hands-free operation
Cons
  • Modern

My truck flexes 10x better than stock shocks

At $200 it was worth the price compared to the stock shocks on my 2007 Tundra. I have about 1.5 inches of lift with the lowest shock setting. Overall it took me about 5 hours from start to finish and there are a few steps where you need another pair of hands to complete the step. The biggest difference for me is that my truck corners ten times better than stock shock absorbers.

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Lots of stuff

Good quality product at a great price. 2011 Tundra 2WD

Shock absorbers are easy to install yourself. Took me just under 3 hours with hand tools and some spring compressors (free car rental). It's advertised as a 2.3" lift, but I only got 1.5" of it. Probably because of the bumper and cattleman protection (450 pounds) I have in front. However, the ride quality is much better than stock dampers. They feel stiffer and definitely more responsive.

Pros
  • Good product for the price
Cons
  • Volume

Huge improvement with these

I replaced the factory shocks on my 2011 Tundra with a 5100. I turned the front setup all the way to level the truck and got about a 2.5, not exactly flat but much better. After installing the diff and camber kit, the ride was a bit rough. After about a week of driving there, it's great. It rode the original 4600 Bilsteins well, but that's a huge improvement. Drives like new Very satisfied.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Expensive

I leveled my 2013 Tundra without leveling kit

This is the perfect OEM replacement with height adjustment. I dialed the highest settings which resulted in the truck almost leveling, no more rakes. The ride is a little stiffer, but a lot stiffer than the OEM, which suits me better. In general, I am happy with the performance of these shock absorbers. Installation was easy. Be sure to install the included shock pads if you intend to set the maximum height.

Pros
  • Few competitors
Cons
  • I have no negative feelings about it, everything is fine

Great alignment set!

Raised nose about 2.5 inches and now sits about an inch lower than back. What I wanted. Set mine to the highest setting. The ride also feels better. Not as sharp and more stable. I definitely recommend them! Remember to align yourself after installation. And a little tip: apply an anti-seize coating to all parts when assembling. Prevents corrosion and makes the next shock absorber change easier. I googled a few articles and found this to be a fairly easy task for a skilled handyman. Photos in…

Pros
  • Everything is fine!
Cons
  • ill thought out
