We love the bag but it is missing the bladder as mentioned in other reviews. However, it wasn't difficult to accommodate a 6-inch acrylic dome. The alternative dome we received does not have air holes, but there is still good ventilation inside the bag.

I love taking my dog out and need something where he can still see but can't jump out. Many of these other bags cost over $50. It was a lot. There were no problems with the dome. I wish it was a little wider because it tends to sag, but it works.
